Course Description
THE PROGRAM FORMAT -
This workshop is a combination of personalized consulting for your specific club and once a year industry and systems update. You will be assigned a personal counselor during your stay who will help build or update your clubs business plan for the next year.
COURSE CONTENT -
An annual meeting of AMT I graduates designed to serve as a business retreat: four days of working on your on your club's business plan for the upcoming year using CMS club management principles. All registrants will be sent a pre-course planning kit to begin on. The kit includes all instructions and forms for marketing, budgeting, staffing, building, and other activities you will be planing for the next year. Besides planning you also will be updated on marketing and management systems. Lots of group work - that is a "hands on" workshop focusing on your specific club plans, programs and budgets. This program is so individualized and practical, we have had people repeating several years in a row.
