CMS is an internationally renowned consulting company devoted to helping club operators run profitable clubs. CMS won the first ever IRSA industry service award for its work in this area. CMS provides in depth operational consulting, along with management training and other resources. CMS also offers the industry's only CLUB COLLEGE.

Mike Chaet (Ph.D. Professional Sports Management) is the founder and President of CMS. Mike is the winner of the 1983-84 National Industry Service award, and recently was presented the Bodylife International Lifetime Achievement award. As a guest lecturer to such organizations as IHRSA, Club Industry, NYMCA, and Bodylife, Mike is skilled in seminar communications. Mike is also a contributing author to many national magazines including CBI, Club Industry, and Bodylife - the German and French club trade publication.

Mike has been in the club industry since 1965 when he started with YWCA on the East Coast. During that time he has been involved in every conceivable level of club operations working his way up from front desk worker to chief executive officer of a public corporation, including a 7 year stay at the prestigious Los Angeles Athletic Club. As a consultant he has been involved in the development and management of over 2500 different clubs worldwide. He was recently awarded a million miler award from Delta Airlines...which his wife Mary was NOT all that excited about.
