The object of this program is for the CMS professional staff to work along side the manager and owner of your club. YOUR GOALS ARE OUR GOALS. These include fruitful membership drives, successful club programming, efficient management and most of all, a profitable club. As a client, your club will benefit from the following services and goal oriented programs: 1. CREATION and SET-UPS FOR ALL MEMBERSHIP DRIVES & INTERMITTENT CASH FLOW PROGRAMS. This is based on seasonal planning and will include camera ready artwork for your flyers and newspaper ads, manuals for implementation of each program, and a media schedule designating where and when to place the ads and to distribute the flyers. Also included will be back-up materials such as posters and promotional buttons. 2. ON SITE PROBLEM SOLVING SESSIONS. You will regularly meet with your certified CMS Consultant to review your club's overall activity with emphasis in the areas of membership growth, program participation, cash flow and management systems. From these meetings we will design and implement very specific plans of action. 3. HOT-LINE PHONE CONSULTATION SERVICE. The answers to your questions or solutions to your problems are no further away than the telephone. You may call at any time during regular business hours, and we will have the answer to you within a matter of hours, if not immediately. 4. SUBSCRIPTION TO CMS REPORTS AND NEWSLETTERS. You will receive these as they are published. 5. AN ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP PERCEPTION SURVEY. This will be done to assess the needs and desires of your members. The results will be used as a guide to design future plans, budgets, programs, special events, and specific directions for your club to move in. 6. ACTIVITY and RETENTION PROGRAMS. Periodically you will be provided with the specifics for special programs including implementation manuals and promotional back-up materials. This will be designed to get members involved in club activities at a minimal cost. 7. ARTICLES FOR YOUR CLUB NEWSLETTER OR BULLETIN BOARD. You will receive articles on fitness, racquet sports, handball, nutrition, and many other areas that might be of specific interest to the members of your club. 8. ANNUAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS PROFILE. A detailed report will be completed after an in-depth review of all operations, promotions, sales systems, and controls. This will help you develop your specific action plans. 9. RESEARCH STUDY STATISTICS. These will be sent to you as CMS receives them. They will show you what trends are happening in your industry and may show some interesting comparisons. 10. SOURCE SERVICE. CMS will serve as a resource contact between your club and the entire industry. No matter what your needs are, we will help you find the best ways to fill them, be it computer information, pro shop contacts, staffing sources, energy conservation, or whatever. 11. CONVENTION, CONFERENCE and WORKSHOP UPDATE. We attend all major and most minor meetings throughout the country and will keep you up to date through regular reports of the proceedings. 12. CMS SEMINARS & CLUB COLLEGE PROGRAMS. You will be the first to know about the CMS Seminars & Club College Programs. At each seminar you attend, you will have a special consultation period regarding the specific seminar topic. Your people may attend any CMS seminar & Club College Program at no tuition - you pay only a modest materials charge per person. 13. CASHFLOW ANALYSIS. Your financial statement will be regularly analyzed and compared to industry standards. a fiscally responsible plan of action will be designed based on your fixed and operational expenses as compared to your revenues. 14. GROUP PURCHASING DISCOUNTS. Due to the large number of clients our company has, you will periodically benefit from group purchase discounts CMS clients are offered. You will receive the CMS Preferred Vendor Directory. 15. AMT-ADVANCED MANAGEMENT TRAINING WORKSHOPS. Intensive management training workshops are hled regularly for you and your staff. The only type of its kind and you are entitled to send as many of your key personnel at no tuition charge. You only pay a minimul materials charge per person who will be attending. All areas of marketing, management operations, and sales will be covered in infinite detail. Each participant receives a ton of personal attention as well as an in-depth club management education. 16. CMS PUBLICATIONS, VIDEOS and MANUALS. You will receive one copy of each CMS publication as part of your 4 Box Program. 17. THE COMPLETE CLUB-TRAC SYSTEM. You will have exclusive local use of the complete Club-Trac System including the Tel-Trac Lead Tracking System, the M-Trac Management Log, the Biz-Trac Business Planner, the Fit-Trac Fitness Programming System and other new trac's as they are developed. 18. DISCOUNTS on all of the other CMS products and reorders. 19. CLIENT BULLETIN. Periodically you will receive an industry update bulletin hot off the press. Our goal is to keep you on the cutting edge. 20. MARKET EXCLUSIVITY. As long as you are a CMS client, you will be the only one in your area that we will work with and that will receive our materials.
